WHO WE ARE

We are a family business that consists of a husband, his wife, and their 9 children. Andre Jr. is a dedicated father, and provider who has a passion for outside cooking. Tina Marie is a nurturer at heart, creatively detailed and zealous about providing stability for her children. Their children include two sets of twin girls with a total of seven daughters and 2 sons. With such a large family, cooking large amounts of food was a necessity. Having so many taste palettes to please at once, cultivated their spirit for serving good food. Often mistaken for full-blown parties, Tina and Andre created buffet-style meals for their children, who are always pleased with the flavors provided. After Andre and Tina both lost their jobs due to the pandemic, they decided to turn their dreams into a reality. Hence Twist'd Kuisine was born. Twist'd Kuisine takes traditional meals then flips, twists, and dishes them. Everything on their menu is smoked including our desserts. The business started in July of 2022, with our first appearance on a local corner. After sharing our premiere experience on social media, Twist'd Kuisine was invited to vend at a local "Food Truck Pull-Up" event. Twist'd Kuisine attended the venues faithfully and has been noticed by many ever since. As a result, Twist'd Kuisine began to grow faster than expected with multiple venues booked in a short span as well as invites to other local events.

Demand for our unique offerings is sizzling! Our successful pop-up shops have proven there's a real appetite for what we create. We're not just about delicious food, though. The City of Los Angeles recognized our commitment to community involvement, a testament to the positive impact we strive for. Our experience catering events showcases not only our culinary skills but also our ability to handle larger volumes with ease. The future is looking bright – our bookings keep rolling in, solidifying a strong pipeline that supports our ambitious business goals.
